These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using Joblink Nigeria, including access to job listings, user accounts, applications, promotional tasks, and other services available on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Joblink Nigeria – Find and Apply for the Latest Jobs in Nigeria. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.

Your account

  1. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  2. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
  3. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Tokens and payments

  1. Some listings are premium and require tokens to unlock.
  2. Tokens are purchased through our payment provider and credited once payment is confirmed.
  3. Tokens hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
  4. Unlocking a listing spends tokens immediately, and the transaction is final.
  5. Prices and token rates may change; changes do not affect tokens already purchased.

Refunds

Because tokens grant immediate access to premium content, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you are charged in error or a technical fault prevents delivery, contact hello@joblinknigeria.com.ng and we will investigate.

Job listings

Joblink Nigeria – Find and Apply for the Latest Jobs in Nigeria is a job discovery platform. We aggregate and publish listings but are not the employer for any position advertised. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing, and we are not party to any agreement you enter into with an employer. See our Disclaimer for more.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Scrape, copy, or redistribute listings without permission.
  2. Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or authentication.
  3. Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the site.
  4. Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
  5. Post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its original content are owned by Joblink Nigeria – Find and Apply for the Latest Jobs in Nigeria and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce substantial portions without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Where we terminate an account for a breach, unused tokens may be forfeited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joblink Nigeria – Find and Apply for the Latest Jobs in Nigeria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities or employment outcomes.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
