About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Visa & Tours Officer with international exposure to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in visa processing and tour coordination, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in visa processing and tour coordination
International experience (beyond local exposure)
Strong knowledge of visa regulations and travel requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Responsibilities
Process visa applications for international travel
Coordinate tour packages and detailed travel itineraries
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and travel policies
Provide professional support to clients and stakeholders
