Edenbrooks Development and Properties Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. The successful candidate will create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media and property marketing campaigns. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in video editing and graphic design

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools

Strong understanding of social media content formats

Experience editing reels, short-form videos and long-form content

Strong eye for aesthetics, composition and brand consistency

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in real estate or lifestyle content is an advantage

Must be creative, organised and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Edit and produce social media, property and promotional videos

Create graphics for Instagram posts, carousels, stories and marketing materials

Design print materials such as flyers, brochures and banners

Maintain brand consistency across visual content

Manage and organise video footage, design files and project assets

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content strategies

Create and manage content for social media platforms

Stay updated with current design, video editing and social media trends

Deliver high-quality content with minimal revisions
