About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Officer (Amadeus) to manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and other related ticketing functions within our travel operations. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, accurate, and experienced in handling ticketing processes efficiently within a fast-paced travel environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer
Proficiency in Amadeus (GDS)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage ticket reissuance and refunds
Responsibilities
Manage flight bookings and reservations
Issue, reissue, and refund tickets
Ensure accuracy of travel documentation
Handle ticketing-related inquiries
Maintain proper records of ticket transactions
