Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good phone etiquette
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet assigned sales targets consistently
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
