Requirements
Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate
Must have completed NYSC
Good knowledge of product sales and inventory management
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Good understanding of social media management
Knowledge of editing tools is an added advantage
Must reside within Ogba, Agege, Omole Phase 1, Adeniyi Jones, Fagba, or nearby areas
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Implement store-level sales strategies and promotions
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Deliver high-quality and personalised customer service
Handle customer complaints professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling
Ensure proper stock control and inventory accuracy
Manage cash handling, reporting, and loss prevention
Maintain store presentation according to brand guidelines
