Requirements
Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
Registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
Strong practical experience in quantity surveying and construction
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Experience in project and construction management
