About This Role

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc)
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively
Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post job ads and screen applications
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
