Requirements
Previous internship, volunteer, or part-time experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is an advantage
Fresh graduates and serving Corp Members are encouraged to apply
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
HR or recruitment certification is an advantage
Currently undergoing HR or recruitment training is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills
Candidate sourcing and research skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate-sourcing activities
Research and identify potential candidates
Support candidate screening and recruitment processes
Assist with maintaining recruitment records and information
Support communication with candidates
Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day activities
Perform administrative and research tasks related to recruitment
