About This Role
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking a Production Supervisor with relevant technical training and hands-on production experience to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements
OND only in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 2–3 years of direct production-floor experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Practical understanding of shop-floor workflows
Basic knowledge of machine operations
Good understanding of workplace safety standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good shift coordination skills
Candidates must meet the stated OND qualification requirement; HND, BSc or higher qualifications are not considered for this position
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production floor activities
Coordinate production activities and shift operations
Monitor production workflows and ensure smooth operations
Support adherence to workplace safety standards
Monitor basic machine operations and report issues when necessary
Coordinate production staff and assigned tasks
Communicate production updates and operational issues to relevant teams
Ensure assigned production activities are completed efficiently
