About This Role
We are hiring a PMO Analyst to support project management operations in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role involves assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring while ensuring project documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will also track risks, manage project records, and coordinate meetings to support smooth project delivery. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦250,000 to ₦350,000.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management
3–5 years of experience in a PMO or similar role
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Responsibilities
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring
Prepare project performance reports and dashboards
Track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Maintain project records and ensure compliance with standards
Coordinate project meetings and documentation
