About This Role
We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and facility management in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate must be firm, decisive, and capable of driving structure, discipline, and business growth without supervision.
Requirements
Degree required (Accounting degree is an advantage)
Proven management experience (store, spa, wellness, or fitness environment preferred)
Strong presence; firm, bold, and decisive personality
Excellent report writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Facility management experience
Must reside within commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1
Responsibilities
Manage staff performance and maintain daily operational structure
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor outcomes
Enforce discipline and uphold operational standards
Submit structured reports regularly
Manage facility-related tasks efficiently
Apply marketing knowledge and team motivation strategies to drive growth
