Prepare and cook meals according to the hotel's standards
Ensure proper food handling and hygiene
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Monitor ingredients and kitchen supplies
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Responsibilities – Kitchen Assistant:
Assist with food preparation
Wash and arrange kitchen utensils
Keep the kitchen and work areas clean
Assist the cook and other kitchen staff
Help with proper storage of food items and supplies
