Nicole Sinclair Consulting is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support its team in Ikeja, Lagos. The opportunity is suitable for a currently serving NYSC Corps Member with an interest in human resources, recruitment and digital marketing.
Requirements
Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or a related field
Good communication, research and organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Interest in HR, recruitment and digital marketing
Proactive and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities
Assist with research and administrative tasks
Support candidate sourcing and recruitment processes
Assist with documentation and record keeping
Support digital marketing activities where required
Perform other assigned tasks and provide administrative support to the team
