About This Role
We are hiring a Field Recovery Officer to manage loan recovery activities across Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, and Lagos Island. The role involves conducting on-site visits to loan defaulters, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring effective recovery of outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will maintain proper documentation of recovery activities and recover collateral when necessary in line with company policies. The position offers a monthly salary of ₦200,000 plus other attractive benefits.
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in a business-related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit risk, verification, or debt recovery
Strong knowledge of recovery techniques and local geography
Excellent communication skills in English and Pidgin
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to loan defaulters
Engage and negotiate with customers to ensure prompt repayment
Maintain accurate documentation of all recovery activities
Recover collateral when applicable in line with company guidelines
