About This Role
Internet Solutions Nigeria Limited (ISN), an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company, is inviting applications from qualified engineering graduates for its Engineering Trainee Programme (ETP) 2026.
The six-week intensive training programme is designed to develop the next generation of Field Engineers through structured classroom learning, practical technical training, and supervised field experience.
Successful participants who meet the required performance standards may be considered for appointment into suitable engineering roles within the organisation, subject to business needs.

Requirements
Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit
Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Must have completed NYSC
Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application
Strong interest in telecommunications and networking technologies
Willingness to work in the field and travel within Nigeria when required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Participate in six weeks of intensive technical training.
Learn and apply networking and telecommunications fundamentals.
Support practical field engineering activities under supervision.
Participate in network installation and support activities.
Apply troubleshooting methodologies to technical issues.
Gain practical knowledge of routing, switching, and ISP infrastructure.
Support customer installation and technical service activities.
Work with experienced engineers and participate in supervised field assignments.
Complete assigned training activities and technical assessments.
Demonstrate professional and technical competence throughout the programme.
