Requirements
2–3 years proven experience in customer service
Strong sales and follow-up skills
Ability to retain customers and build long-term relationships
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Must reside within Bashorun (Ibadan) or Idimu–Ikotun (Lagos)
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally
