About This Role
We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lekki / Victoria Island. The ideal candidate must have experience in closing sales, upselling, and cross-selling while delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must be organized, punctual, committed for at least one year, and able to work with little or no supervision. Knowledge of hair products is an added advantage. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 monthly, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Requirements
Experience in closing sales, upselling & cross-selling
Outspoken, intelligent & confident communicator
Able to work with little or no supervision
Knowledge of hair products is an added advantage
Must be organized, punctual & committed (minimum 1 year)
Must reside around Lekki or Victoria Island
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries professionally
Close sales and achieve set targets
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Maintain proper customer records
Support daily customer service and sales operations
