About This Role
Vital Relief Wellness, a health and wellness company, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customer engagement and order management. The role involves following up on pending or unconfirmed orders, confirming customer satisfaction after delivery, collecting feedback, and resolving complaints professionally. The ideal candidate will also help encourage repeat purchases and strengthen customer loyalty while maintaining accurate customer records. This is a full-time position offering a basic salary plus commission for meeting sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
At least 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, or a call center (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and empathy skills
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Organized, reliable, and process-driven
Responsibilities
Follow up on pending or unconfirmed orders to reduce cancellations
Contact customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction
Collect feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain accurate customer records
