Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification
HND or BSc is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or call centre preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Build strong relationships with customers
