About This Role
KaraCredit is hiring a proactive Credit & Customer Operations Officer (Junior Role) to manage the full customer journey—from lead engagement and onboarding to credit coordination and conversion scheduling. Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer operations, fintech, credit onboarding, or sales
Proven ability to convert and close leads
Strong client management and communication skills
Must reside around Oworo, Gbagada, Somolu, or Ketu axis
Responsibilities
