This role goes beyond moderation — we are looking for a dynamic leader who can build movements, grow engagement from hundreds to thousands, and serve as the face and voice of the community. The ideal candidate must combine professional discipline, creative excellence, and strong PR capabilities to drive visibility, partnerships, and influence within the real estate ecosystem.

Requirements

Professional and camera-friendly presence

Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills

Strong writing and communication skills

Expert knowledge of WhatsApp community tools

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok trends, and webinar platforms (Zoom/Google Meet)

Proven experience in community building, PR, or event hosting

Experience in real estate is an added advantage

High energy, charismatic, and vibrant personality

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow the realtor network across WhatsApp, Telegram, and digital platforms

Create high-quality, engaging real estate content (video and text)

Serve as the social media face and brand ambassador of the community

Plan, host, and moderate webinars, IG Lives, boot camps, conferences, and workshops

Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier realtors and stakeholders
