Requirements
Minimum of SSCE (accepted with terms and conditions)

Responsibilities
Follow up with clients on outstanding payments
Negotiate repayment plans professionally
Maintain accurate recovery records
Meet assigned recovery and performance targets
Collaborate with internal teams to improve loan recovery processes
