A reputable 5-star hotel in Victoria Island is urgently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to fill senior-level roles. Only candidates with proven experience in 4/5-star hotel environments will be considered.
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years experience in a 4/5-star hotel (Chief Engineer)
Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators)
Proven leadership and preventive maintenance management skills
Ability to oversee technical team and ensure zero downtime operations
Minimum 5 years experience in revenue management within a 4/5-star hotel (Revenue Manager)
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, and OTA management
Proficiency in PMS, channel managers, and revenue tools
Proven track record of increasing occupancy and RevPAR
Responsibilities
Oversee hotel engineering systems and maintenance operations
Manage preventive maintenance and technical teams
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted hotel operations
Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies
Manage forecasting, OTA platforms, and revenue tools
