Requirements
2–3 years of financial management experience
Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based businesses is preferred
Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
Good knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage annual budgets for company operations and construction projects
Monitor project spending and ensure projects remain within budget
Oversee daily accounting activities including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Approve payments and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards
Lead audits and maintain proper financial documentation
Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
